30-Day Worry-Free Returns
We hope you love your AquaArt purchase and accept returns for all eligible orders that reach us within 30 days.
All eligible orders have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. This includes full-price and discounted items, with exceptions noted below.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly advise you to use an insured and tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Initiate a return request through your account or by contacting our customer service team
- Securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags
- Ship the product back using a trackable courier service
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Please ensure that all products are returned in their original condition and packaging so we can process your return quickly and easily.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in original condition, unused and undamaged
- Products must be unaltered and complete
- Products must include original packaging and packing materials
- All tags and labels must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Products damaged or altered by the buyer
- Used, worn, or non-original condition products
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. AquaArt cannot guarantee when the refund will appear in your account, as this is controlled by your card issuer.
Refund Timeline
- • 1-2 business days after receiving return: Confirm receipt
- • 3-5 business days after confirmation: Process refund
- • 5-10 business days after processing: Refund credited (depends on your bank)
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
AquaArt is not responsible for returned products that are lost or misdirected in transit. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we strongly advise using an insured and tracked courier service.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product and place a new order for the item you want.
This ensures you get the product you want and makes the refund and new order processing faster.
Defective Products
All AquaArt products are carefully handcrafted to the highest standards, but we know that in rare cases defects can occur.
If a manufacturing defect occurs within 12 months of purchase, we are happy to repair, replace, or refund the product free of charge. Proof of purchase is required.
