Glints Collective is a family business that fundamentally believes in the values of treating people well, supporting those who need help, and minimizing our environmental impact wherever possible. We support various charities and local projects, both locally and further afield.
Nurturing the Next Generation
We recognize the importance of nurturing future talent and are proud to provide opportunities for young people in our hometown and beyond, supporting their emerging creative talents and helping them grow and succeed.
Student Work Experience: We partner with various foundations to host student groups from around the world who are interested in fashion and craftsmanship throughout the year. In our showroom, they have the opportunity to hear presentations from our team on topics of interest such as design, craftsmanship, and sustainable goods production.
High School Initiative: We have established partnerships with local high schools, where each summer a group of their business students has the opportunity to visit our offices for a day and participate in interactive sessions with our team. To help students establish potential aspirations for their future development early on, they have the chance to experience key business areas from digital marketing and PR to corporate finance and human resources.
Art College Collaboration: Glints Collective has been honored to collaborate with various art colleges over the past few years, hosting creative design competitions for their design students. Previous winners have had their designs made into product collections, enabling them to showcase their stunning work internationally.
Children's Care Organizations
For many years, children's care organizations have provided comprehensive family support for babies, children, and young people with illnesses. Through care services, home care services, and hospital services, they provide palliative care, family respite, and support across regions.
Glints Collective has been a supporter of children's care organizations for many years. Through internal staff fundraising and supporting their annual events, we are delighted to raise funds for their care hospitals and provide support for children and their families.

Women for Women International
Women for Women International provides support for women living in some of the world's most dangerous regions. The charity has helped numerous marginalized women survivors of war. Women enroll in the charity's training program, learning how to earn and save money, improve family health, and make their voices heard in their homes and communities. They pass on their knowledge to neighbors and children, creating a ripple effect that drives change.
Glints Collective has been proud to support Women for Women International's work for many years through corporate fundraising and donation events.
Supporting Our Community
At Glints Collective, we actively support and collaborate with local suppliers to promote growth, create sustainable opportunities, and strengthen community building. We are deeply committed to local community engagement. Whether purchasing flowers from the corner florist, organizing weekly employee fruit boxes, or finding catering suppliers for work lunches, we are always committed to sourcing through local suppliers and supporting local projects.
Charity Donations
Our Glints Collective Charity Committee is composed of employees from across regions who help decide which charitable causes to support. Together they are responsible for reviewing all charity applications and distributing products to charities that align with our values.
