Orders & Delivery
We offer standard and express delivery services:
• Standard delivery (3-5 business days): Free on orders over ¥299, otherwise ¥15
• Express delivery (1-2 business days): ¥30
• International shipping: Calculated based on destination and weight at checkout
All orders are dispatched from China and include tracking.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also:
• Log into your account to view order status
• Use your order number on our tracking page
• Contact customer service for the latest shipping updates
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, depending on your destination country's customs policies. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your country's regulations before ordering.
Pre-order shipping dates are displayed on the product page and at checkout. High-demand products typically ship within 2-3 business days. If delays occur, we'll notify you via email.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy:
• Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached
• Include original packaging and accessories
• Request return within 30 days of delivery
• Customized and sale items may not be eligible for return
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Once we receive your return, we'll process the refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and the time to reach your account depends on your bank or payment platform, typically 5-10 business days. You'll receive a refund confirmation email.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order. This ensures you receive your desired product quickly without stock limitations.
